With offices in North Reading and Virginia Beach, Favaloro & Associates draws on over 27 years of experience to assist clients throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore, as well as Hampton Roads in Virginia.
Our founding attorney, Mark Favaloro, holds a J.D. from the New England School of Law and an LL.M. in Banking Law from Boston University School of Law. An experienced trial attorney, he is a former longtime resident of Reading and was an active member of its community.
In 2007, attorney Favaloro and his family relocated to Virginia Beach, Virginia, where they presently reside.
Over the course of his career, he has served on a number of real estate zoning boards, municipal boards and planning councils, and was the former Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Reading Master Plan. In addition, he has also served as a repeat lecturer for the Massachusetts Board of Continuing Legal Education and is presently a member of the Ethics Committee of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. An experienced real estate lawyer, he has also given lectures and seminars on a range of topics for various other professional organizations.
Attorney Favaloro is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Virginia.
